  • What do we offer?

    We provide reliable, time-saving, and cost-effective travel services. Our fleet includes luxury and standard vehicles with a focus on comfort, safety, and quality service. Your complete journey is managed professionally, and we also have an emergency dispatch support system.

  • How can I book your Cars, Vans & Buses?

    You can book online by filling out the booking form on our website with your travel details. Once we receive the advance booking amount, we will process your reservation and send a confirmation email or message. After confirmation, we will share the driver’s name, mobile number, and vehicle details before your journey.

  • How many hours in advance can I book a car?

    We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance. Early bookings help us ensure timely pickup and vehicle availability.

  • How do I make payments?

    You can make payments online. We offer flexible payment options in two installments:

    • Up to 25% advance payment at the time of booking
    • Remaining balance to be paid to the driver or before trip completion
  • Why should I book in advance?

    Advance booking helps us reserve the best vehicle and driver for your trip. Last-minute bookings may be subject to limited availability and higher pricing. Booking early ensures better rates and guaranteed service.

  • What are the payment terms?

    Usually:

    • 25% advance to confirm booking
    • 50% payment at the start of the journey
    • Final balance before the end of the trip
  • Do I need to pay any extra charges apart from the listed amount?

    Our pricing is transparent, and applicable charges are clearly mentioned in advance. However, the following may be extra depending on the package:

    • Parking charges
    • Airport parking fees
    • NICE Road tolls
    • Interstate permits/taxes (if applicable)
  • How can I cancel or postpone my booking?

    You may cancel or reschedule your booking anytime, subject to cancellation policy:

    • Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup may attract charges
    • Cancellation before 24 hours may be eligible for partial refund, depending on booking terms

    For cancellations or changes, please contact our support team.

  • How are kilometers and hours calculated?

    • For local trips, kilometers and hours are calculated from our garage and end when the vehicle returns to our garage.
    • For outstation trips, kilometers are calculated from our garage and end when the vehicle returns to our garage.
  • How are toll and taxes calculated?

    • Road toll, parking, and other charges will be charged on an actual basis.
    • For drop and return journeys, toll charges will be applicable.
    • Interstate taxes will be charged as mentioned on the website. Interstate permits are generally valid for 7 days round trip only.
  • How can I get a bill / receipt for my trip?

    Your bill or invoice will be generated only after the completion of the trip. Applicable GST charges will be added separately.

  • Do I have to share the car with other passengers?

    No. The car you book is exclusively reserved for you and your companions only.

  • Can I use the booked kilometers for local travel within the city?

    The vehicle can be used only as per the trip plan mentioned in your booking confirmation.

    Example:

    • If you book from City A to City B and return, the vehicle can be used within that plan.
    • If you wish to visit nearby tourist places from City B, it should be informed in advance in the trip plan. Otherwise, extra charges may apply.
    • For one-way trips, service is available only from the pickup point to the drop point.
  • If I travel from City A to City B and stay there for a few days, can I visit nearby cities within the quoted kilometers?

    • You may use the vehicle within the allocated kilometer limit. However, if you travel to cities not mentioned in your itinerary, extra charges may apply.
    • To avoid confusion, please share all cities you plan to visit in advance so pricing and trip planning remain clear.
