1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed through phone call, WhatsApp, or website.
Booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
Instant confirmation is available for most bookings.
2. Advance Payment
An advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the trip.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before booking time.
Advance payment may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.
4. Driver & Vehicle Allocation
Driver and vehicle details will be shared 1–3 hours before pickup.
In rare situations, the company may change the vehicle due to operational reasons, but the category will remain the same or upgraded.
5. Waiting Charges
Local trips include 15 minutes free waiting time.
Additional waiting time may be charged as per company policy.
6. Extra Charges
The following may be charged extra if applicable: Toll charges, Parking fees, State permit charges, Driver night allowance (after 10 PM), and Extra kilometers beyond package limit.
7. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must ensure proper behavior with drivers.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
8. Safety & Liability
City Line Cabs prioritizes passenger safety.
However, the company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Luggage Policy
Standard luggage allowed as per vehicle capacity.
Oversized or extra luggage should be informed at the time of booking.
